Post Week 11 Waivers

by Jonny Danger

QB Fill-ins
Carson Wentz – PHI
Feels gross even typing that. But simply anyone against Seattle is viable. If you are in need after a Burrow injury or bye week he is a great 1 week fill in.

Daniel Jones – NYG
I like the idea of matching up against the Bengals. The backup QB and offense in disarray could mean some good field position throughout the game as well.

Phillip Rivers – IND
TEN defense is just all banged up and looking ripe for picking on. Rivers is always a threat to have a craptastic game but the matchup is choice in week 12

Also fine, Dalton, Teddy or Baker

RB
Gus Edwards/Justice Hill – BAL
Desperation only… but who knows with Covid and injuries what you might need to ride out the year. With both Ingram and Dobbins most likely missing the week with COVID Gus probably gets first crack but could also be a chance to see what Hill can do as a former highly touted prospect. I hate this matchup against the Steelers though, so I’m more inclined to let them go through the waivers and speculation add one of them if they clear.

Frank Gore – NYJ
The Jets seem content to let the old man ride. It’s not sexy but he gets a beatable schedule in MIA/LV/SEA in the next 3 games. He will probably clear waivers and you can get him for free.

Adrian Peterson – DET
I guess if you need a body… Houston Defense is basically a free square for 10-12 points to the RB position.

Zach Moss – MIA
He disappointed against SEA and ARI then went on a BYE. Chances are he got dropped so take a peak. His schedule sucks for the last 4 weeks but this week he gets LAC and could put up a solid score just when you need him.

I’m really not excited about any RB this week. Save your priority or FAAB, and make sure you have your handcuffs. If you have free space and want to sit on a guy like Mattison or Pollard Or Lat Murray, I am ok with that too.

WR
Curtis Samuel – CAR
I am not sure what else he needs to do to be on your roster. He is only owned in 50% of yahoo leagues as of writing this and all he has done is score over 20 points in PPR in 3 of the last 4 games and gets Minnesota this week. Complete LOCK if he is there for you.

Nelson Agholor – LV
Has scored about 14 points or more in 5 of the last 7 games. Clearly is the #1 WR and #2 target behind Waller. 19% owned is just silly. Get at him.

Tim Patrick – DEN
Been in this article for the last 3 weeks and he made it again. Decent matchup for one last week. If you need a WR to fill in he has been solid.

Michael Pittman – IND
After in the article last week as well he remains to be under 50% owned and proved again he is worthy of a roster spot. The schedule for the rest of the year is an A+.

Russell Gage – ATL
An absolutely valid target if Julio misses a week. 12 targets last week shows he is capable of big numbers if given the chance.

Jordan Reed- SF
SF loves their TEs and LAR have been susceptible to throws across the middle. He is fine for a fill in for the rest of the season really, as long as Kittle is out.

Robert Tonyan – GB
Chicago is weak across the middle and slot defense. I love this look for Tonyan in a tough divisional match.

Trey Burton – TEN
Burton has made himself the favorite TE target for Rivers and has a nice matchup against the beat up Titan middle.

Tyler Eiffert – JAX
He is averaging 5 targets a game. He hasn’t done a bunch with them, but he has had multiple games with multiple TDs in past years and against CLE is as good a chance as you can get.

Logan THomas- WAS
Do I have to say it again… we always like Logan.
