Justin Herbert "Day To Day" After Surgery
Chargers QB Justin Herbert had surgery to repair the fracture in his left hand on Monday. Herbert s return to play is considered day-to-day, and his status for next Monday s game against Philadelphia will be determined later in the week," the team said in a statement. We'll keep a close eye on Herbert's status leading up to the Monday nighter. We're tentatively expecting him to play, but he'd be a risky fantasy play with the injury and in the matchup against the Eagles' 10th-ranked QB defense.

Jayden Daniels Still Not Cleared For Contact
Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) has not yet been cleared for contact, HC Dan Quinn said Monday. Quinn didn't rule Daniels out for Sunday's game vs. the Vikings, but we'd bet against him returning before getting in a full week of practice. We're projecting QB Marcus Mariota to make another start this weekend, but we'll continue to keep you updated on Daniels' progress.

Kyler Murray Won't Play Week 14
Cardinals HC Jonathan Gannon said Monday that QB Kyler Murray (foot) will not be designated to return from IR and practice this week. So he's out for Sunday's game vs. the Rams. QB Jacoby Brissett will make his eighth straight start in that one. He's finished as a top-12 fantasy QB in each of his first seven starts of the season. Sunday will be his toughest test yet against the Rams' sixth-ranked QB defense.
