Waiver Hub – Week 11
Happy Tuesday, Mike here, welcome back to my weekly Waiver HUB.
Week 11 will begin Thursday with a TNF matchup between the 2-win Jets and the 8-win Patriots. The game is in New England who are favored by 12.5 points with a point total over/under of 43.5
Fantasy football is up and running, so it is time to make some moves and prepare for fantasy post season greatness. Injuries are inevitable so here is another chance to hit the waiver wire and get impactful players. Another week gone, another opportunity to make your team stronger and inch your way to that league trophy and an offseason of bragging rights.
Below are my top waiver wire priorities this week. Get those available players to help your chances at a championship. Good luck this week and remember to check back every week to stay informed on who you could target off waivers.
TOP PRIORITY OF THE WEEK
Alec Pierce – Indianapolis Colts
Alec Pierce is probably already owned in your league but if he is not you need to scoop him up fast. Alec has quietly put together a solid season. In the 8 games he has played this season, he has 65+ yards in 6 of them. He finally scored a TD last game which was the game after his 115-yard performance. He is heavily involved and producing nicely for the Colts and should be owned everywhere.
Quarterbacks
Jacoby Brissett – Arizona Cardinals
Jacoby may have only 1 win to show for his 4 games of action, however his stats have been quite good. He is averaging 2 passing TDs per game with a total of 8 and has not thrown an INT since week 6. He throws for 250+ in every game and has been a threat to take off as he has scored a rushing TD as well. The Cardinals upcoming games should only help Brissett in fantasy.
Running Backs
Sean Tucker – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Bucky Irving has yet to return from injury and it is uncertain when that will be since he continue to be designated as questionable, doubtful, and out. Tucker is the next man up after Rachaad White in this offense and Tucker is now getting more involved. Sean has 2 TDs this season coming in weeks 6 and 8. Over his last 2 games played, Tucker has a combined 21 carries. He would be nice to have given the injury circumstances in Tampa.
Blake Corum – LA Rams
Blake Corum has been an excellent handcuff to Kyren Williams. Williams has been healthy and yet Corum still has been getting opportunities all season and more lately. Blake has back-to-back-to-back games with double digit carries all while Kyren Williams has been doing the same. He is not a threat to catch the ball, but having 38 carries over his last 3 games is quite telling of how much the Rams like this guy.
Wide Receivers
Tez Johnson – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tez Johnson has been a solid fill in player during the Bucs season of injuries. Mike Evans is done for the year, and Chris Godwin continues to be doubtful week in and week out. Tez has caught at least 4 passes in 4 of his last 5 games and has scored at least 1 TD in 3 of his last 4 games. Him and Egbuka are becoming Bakers top pass catchers.
Alec Pierce – Indianapolis Colts

Tight Ends
Dalton Schultz – Houston Texans
Schultz has been very quiet this season but has put up some decent stats. Dalton has 5+ receptions in 6 of his last 7 games and is coming off of his first TD of the season. Whether it is Stroud or it is Mills, Schultz still gets it done. Not an easy schedule for him moving forward but he is gaining momentum and is not a bad TE to have.
