Trade Hub – Week 11
Happy Monday and welcome back to my weekly Trade Hub article. Mike here ready as always to help you with trade suggestions that can help your chances of winning your fantasy league. Follow me on Twitter (@FantasyHubbard) for all things fantasy football.
Tonight, we get a Monday Night Football matchup between the away team Miami Dolphins coming in at 2-6 and the home team LA Rams who have a record of 4-4. The total points over/under is 48.5 with the Rams favored by 2.5 points. The Rams have won 3 consecutive games while the Dolphins have lost 3 consecutive games. Tyreek Hill is questionable tonight and that would be a huge loss for Tua and the Dolphins. My prediction is a win for LA by a score of 26-20.
Always make sure you’re aware if or when your league has a trade deadline. Try to sell and/or buy players with strategy and the use of your persuasion and negotiation skills. Here are some players to buy and sell before week 11 begins. Like I always say, one trade could be the difference in winning or losing your fantasy football league.
PLAYERS TO BUY
Davante Adams – New York Jets
The story in New York is how bad the Jets season is going compared to expectations. Hopefully that is in his owner’s mind along with Adams recent performances. He has had 1 good game in the 4 he has played since rejoining his old QB Aaron Rodgers. In the 3 games he did not produce heavily in he averaged 4 receptions for 38 yards and no TDs. The good news is that he is averaging just under 10 targets per game with the Jets and if the Jets want to make any noise whatsoever, they should connect with Adams more and get more points. Send a buy low offer or 2.
DeVonta Smith – Philadelphia Eagles
This is a reach buying low on Smitty at this point in the season but here we are. Find that Smith owner and point out that he has had 2 dud performances with 2 or less receptions and he missed a game this season. Also, can argue that when all Eagles weapons are healthy there are quite a bit of mouths to feed. If you can pull off a DeVonta trade it would be epic with an average remaining schedule and a hot Jalen Hurts explosive offense.
PLAYERS TO SELL
DJ Moore – Chicago Bears
DJ Moore has been the struggle bus since week 6. Well to be fair the entire Bears team is driving that bus. DJ has caught 13 of 24 targets in his last 4 games just passing the 50% mark. DJ hasn’t eclipsed 33 receiving yards in those games and has not scored. His stock has quickly dropped off and is threatening to stay that way. With the way the Bears are struggling offensively it might be the perfect and last time you can sell Moore given he had some great games to start the season.
Jaylen Warren – Pittsburgh Steelers
Jaylen Warren is coming off his best fantasy performance of the year when he rushed for 66 yards on 14 carries and caught both of his targets for 29 receiving yards. He set season highs in carries, rushing yards, and receiving yards. If you own Warren, it is a great time to offer him up as high as you can with the Steelers winning 4 straight. Warren has a very difficult road ahead having to play top 10 rushing defenses every week for the remainder of the fantasy season. I would unload him if you can especially knowing he is still behind the workhorse Najee Harris.
