Showdown | GPP Style

Danger here, filling in for Mark, so tonight we play my style. Ownership Pivot GPP plays!

First and foremost general ownership is leaning mostly toward Philly side with the top 5 being Hurts, Smith, Barkley, Robinson, and Goedert. You have to have the points in showdowns so you can’t straight fade to top but you can make some counters to the masses in key places to differentiate.

The spread on the game hovers around -5.5 to -6 in favor of the Eagles but most my simulations think it should be 3 points closer to that. This leads me to believe we can confidently fade the 5-1 or 4-2 Eagles splits and move to 3-3 balanced or play against the Cousins sucks in the spotlight narrative and roll out Falcon focused stacks.

Smith is too hard to ignore without Brown but you won’t be alone. So you have to get kinda weird or do what I am going to and that is to limit my exposure on him to half my lineups.

Hurts has to be in play. don’t over think.

I also want both RB1’s in Robinson and Barkley.

Here’s were I get different. I am not in on Dotson. I am willing to bet most those targets not at Smith will get soaked up by Goedert and Barkley while the Eagles rely more on the run and short passes then shots downfield.

Fading popular build by mixing in guys I like a lot to steal an important touch here and there is the way to my GPP heart. Guys like Allgeier. McCloud and Mooney.

Overvalued CPTs
Almost all big price tag guys

Favorite CPTs
Either Kicker
Ray Ray McCloud
Kyle Pitts

Fade more than the public
Dotson
Both Defenses
Smith

Get some in your flex
Either Kicker
Ray Ray (if not CPT)
More Goedert than Dotson or Smith
Back up RBs sparingly

Have to have somewhere
Hurts
Barkley
Robinson

Thoughts
I’m taking a stance on bets of ATL +5.5
I’m mostly fading Smith
I’m playing balanced or ATL heavy builds

LET’S GET IT!
