Pre-Draft TE Hub

The 2025 fantasy football season is rapidly approaching! I have a pre-draft hub for each offensive position (QB, RB, WR, TE) with a sleeper, a breakout, and a bust. Mike here as always helping you get to fantasy football glory. Good luck and happy drafting.
SLEEPER – Jake Ferguson (Dallas Cowboys)
Jake Ferguson had a pretty lame 2024 season, especially after having 761 receiving yards and 5 receiving TDs the season prior. I think we are in for a big year from the 4th year Cowboy as long as him and Dak Prescott can stay healthy. Fergie is due for some TDs this season and is one of the TEs that is more reliable in a position that had quite a drop off after the first 5 or so. Cowboys are going to have to throw, and Ferguson is the 3rd best option for Dak to target on the Cowboys.
BREAKOUT – Tyler Warren (Indianapolis Colts)
I have been watching Tyler Warren play for Penn State for a few years and I’m very high on Warrens potential. The Colts offense is not very exciting, especially at QB with options such as Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson. Warren can bring that dynamic presence with his game changing abilities. You can line him up just about anywhere on offense giving you more ways to get fantasy value for the rookie. No matter who is QB for the Colts, Warren should be in a great position to thrive and be a reliable target for the Colts. Top 10 fantasy TE this season would be his floor in my opinion.
BUST – Travis Kelce (Kansas City Chiefs)
Travis Kelce is top 5 TE rankings almost everywhere you look and based off his history there is quite a bit of upside to justify this. Unfortunately, Kelce is coming off his worst year in the NFL setting career lows in receiving yards and receiving TDs. Noah Grey who is TE2 for the Chiefs actually scored more TDs than Kelce. It is hard to put a star in the bust category, but Kelce seems to be heading there. Kelce has a lot going on outside of football, and even Patrick Mahomes hasn’t seemed like the QB he has been. They made it to a super bowl, but unless they start playing like they used to, I don’t see that happening this year.
