Saturday Night Showdown

Miami comes into a frozen Kansas City stadium having a awful history of playoff victories over the last couple decades but against a far less dominant Chiefs team than we have been accustomed too. Here’s the deal, I think both teams are going to want to run the ball, so I already lean guys like Pacheco over his more pricey counterpart Rashee Rice. Hill is no stranger to the cold playoff environment and will be eager to prove he made the right career move. However, Miami succeeds best when they dominate the run game and force the extra guys into the box to stop Achane and Mostert giving Hill those one on one shots over the top.

Tonight’s showdown projects Mahomes, Pacheco, and Hill in the most winning lineups individually but that makes really tough decisions to fill out the rest of that lineup.

Pacheco is my lock of the night and my favorite CPT spot. I see a lot of love for paying down at the CPT and I just don’t see real viable options in that realm. I am in on Hill, but in the Flex only. If you make me pick I am in on Mostert over Achane. I strongly think the only real chance Miami has to take this game is power running.

We need to find value and this game is showing me some under priced options that I am in on in small doses. MVS is $1200 and no stranger to playoffs or cold with his seasons in KC and GB. Noah Gray has been involved enough to throw a dart on him as well as CEH getting reps without McKinnon in the lineup.

I don’t want to play both at the same time but I also think either Defense is in play if correlated correctly.

Lastly Waddle is going very overlooked and it won’t be my main thought but I am liking the idea of the Miami air attack with one lineup pairing Tua, Hill and Waddle.
