Start/Sit Hub Week 11
Happy week 11 of the 2025 NFL season! Welcome back to my weekly Start/Sit Hub! Mike here, providing you with information that can help you win your fantasy league week in and week out.
TNF is between the Jets and the Patriots. The Patriots are heavy favorites with a spread of -13.5 and a point toal over/under of 43.5. My prediction is a 20-13 win for the Patriots.
I am here every week during the fantasy football season with start and sit suggestions that can impact your team each week. My decisions as always include obvious and not so obvious picks. I would also like to clarify that my sit suggestions are based on the assumption you have or can add a player that has a better chance at success. Good luck this week and continue to check out my weekly articles.
TNF START/SIT
Start – TreVeyon Henderson – Henderson finally had that breakout game given the opportunity. He finished last game with 147 rushing yards and 2 TDs. Rhamondre Stevenson is still not active so we can expect a lot more Henderson against the Jets average at best defense.
Sit – Justin Fields – Fields has struggled, and it does not seem to be getting any better. He will be without his best WR Wilson and taking on a Patriots defense with confidence at home. Fields has under 60 pasing yards in 3 of his last 4 games and his legs can only take him so far in fantasy.
TNF has concluded with a Patriots win over the Jets 27-14. Next week the TNF matchup is between the Bills and the Texans.
BYE WEEK – COLTS, SAINTS
Reminder that the Commanders/Dolphins game is in Madrid so it will be earlier in the morning on Sunday.
Some of the games I am looking forward to most in week 9 are the Bucs/Bills, the Seahawk/Rams, the Chiefs/Broncos, and the Lions/Eagles. Enjoy your football weekend and good luck!

START OF THE WEEK
Start – Matthew Stafford – Stafford is continuing his absolute heater of a season at home this week with his healthy weapons. Stafford has 13 passing TDs in his last 3 games and has thrown 20 passing TDs since his last INT. Puka and Adams are excelling and making his life easier along with Kyren Williams steady rushing.
Commanders @ Dolphins (Madrid)
Start – Jaylen Waddle – Waddle gets a rather soft Commander defense this weekend in Madrid. Waddle should be able to take full advantage and continue his hot streak of games. Waddle has 82+ yards in 5 of his last 6 games and 2 TDs in his last 3 games.
Sit – Zach Ertz – Ertz is coming off a 54-yard performance against Detroit. He has not eclipsed those 54 yards since week 2. Ertz has not scored in any of his last 3 games, and I believe his TDs this season were mostly or all from Jayden Daniels. Ertz is TE15 for me this week.
Bengals @ Steelers
Start – Jaylen Warren – Warren is RB1 in Pittsburgh and gets the worst defense against opposing RBs. Last time he played the Bengals which was in week 7, Warren went off for 127 rushing yards and 31 receiving yards. He has double digit carries in every game played this season.
Sit – Noah Fant – Fant could be a sleeper pick this weekend, but I am going to stay away. Fant scored last time he played the Steelers which is encouraging since he also scored last game. Problem is he has been TD dependent all season and it is unclear who will be throwing to him this weekend.
Chargers @ Jaguars
Start – Justin Herbert – Herbert gets the Jaguars this week who are struggling defensively as they have all season. Herbert should be able to carve them up and extend his streak of 220+ yards with a passing TD to 6 games. Herbert can run wild as well when needed.
Sit – Trevor Lawrence – Trevor struggled against the Texans for a second time this season and gets more tough defensive matchups the next 2 weeks. This week is the Chargers who are top 3 shutting down opponent’s QBs in fantasy.
Buccaneers @ Bills
Start – James Cook – The Buccaneers defense should not be a problem for Cook. He shredded Carolina and KC back-to-back and then had an average game against the Dolphins. I can see Cook getting a hefty workload in this one to steer the ship correctly.
Sit – Sterling Shepard – Going with Sterling here because I think Baker can have a good game even with the bad matchup with Buffalo. Shepard is simply after Egbuka, Otton, and Tez Johnson which is why I would avoid him.
Bears @ Vikings
Start – Caleb Williams – Williams faced the Vikings in week 1 and threw for 210 yards, threw a passing TD, and ran for a score with 58 rushing yards. He will need to the same in this game for the Bears to get a W in Minnesota. Caleb has 5 total TDs in his last 2 games.
Sit – TJ Hockenson – Hock has a decent matchup with the Bears, but he has not cashed in on those opportunities he has had. Their meeting in week 1 TJ had just 15 yards, TJ is not getting the targets wanted in fantasy and he has yet to reach 50 receiving yards in a game all season.
Texans @ Titans
Start – Nico Collins – I think this could be a big week for Nico. He has been getting showered with targets lately and can take advantage of the Titans. Whether it is Stroud or Mills throwing Sunday, both use him a lot so I would not worry about the QB situation.
Sit – Cam Ward – Cam has had a rough rookie season, and it will continue Sunday. He has played tough defenses including Houston in week 4. In that game he had 108 passing yards which is his season low and did not score. Cam is fresh off a BYE, but the Houston defense is too much even in Tennessee.
Panthers @ Falcons
Start – Rico Dowdle – If any Panthers are to be successful against this Falcons defense it is going to be Dowdle and Hubbard. Dowdle has gotten the bulk of carries and should continue against a good pass defense. Rico scored his 1st TD of the season against the Falcons back in week 3.
Sit – Michael Penix Jr – Penix has had some impressive games, however not the game in week 4 against the Panthers. He threw 2 INTs and just 172 yards. Things might be different in Atlanta; however, I do not see him excelling against TJ Panthers overlooked defense.
Packers @ Giants
Start – Josh Jacobs – Jacobs has been very consistent in fantasy all season and get the Giants weak defense other than their pass rush. Jacob’s gets a hefty workload week in and week out no matter how the game is going. Jacobs has scored in all but 1 game this season.
Sit – Luke Musgrave – Luke has stepped into the TE1 spot in Green Bay since the season ending injury to Tucker Kraft. He had 3 receptions for 23 yards last week with just the 3 targets. Giants defense is not particularly good other than rushing the QB, but Love will be looking for Doubs, Watson, Jacobs, Golden, and Wicks more than Musgrave.
Seahawks @ Rams
Start – Matthew Stafford – SEE START OF THE WEEK TOP OF PAGE
Sit – Kenneth Walker – Walker is not a bad choice to start this week but given the matchup and location I believe Walker could struggle. Walker has not scored a TD since week 3 and only has 1 game since week 1 with multiple receptions in a game. Charbonnet has cultured scores lately as well. Going to have to throw a lot to beat LA.
49ers @ Cardinals
Start – Jauan Jennings – Jennings has played well this season when he has been able to play healthy. He has scored a receiving TD in each of his last 2 games and has at least 4 receptions and 5 targets in his last 4 games played. Should not matter which QB he has playing.
Sit – Bam Knight – Knight has been given opportunities lately but has not taken full advantage positively. He has yet to average over 4 yards per carry in any game he has played in, especially his last 2 games which altogether is 19 carries for 55 yards. Demercado has been playing better as well.
Ravens @ Browns
Start – Zay Flowers – Flowers is in a good spot this week against the Browns in Cleveland. The Ravens have looked better with Lamar Jackson, and we all know it is easier to pass on the Browns rather than run, even if you have Derrick Henry. Flowers had 75 receiving yards in their earlier matchup in week 2.
Sit – DeAndre Hopkins – We all love Hopkins, but he is not fantasy relevant. He has not had a game with over 2 receptions and has not scored since week 2.
Chiefs @ Broncos
Start – Travis Kelce – Kelce has been steady this season through the good and bad for KC this season. He has had either 50+ yards receiving or 5+ targets in all but 1 game this season. Tough matchup but Kelce is Mahomes go to target.
Sit – Evan Engram – Engram went from getting 4 or 5 targets a game to have a big goose egg in week 9 and then just 2 receptions for 12 yards in his last game. Now he has a KC defense that has been playing well.
Lions @ Eagles
Start – Jalen Hurts – Hurts is going to have to do it all on SNF to beat the talented Lions. If Saquon can not get his rushing game going early, then it will be up to Hurts and his arm and legs. His offensive weapons are healthy so let us see that Hurts home game prime time magic.
Sit – Sam LaPorta – Sam has been good all season long. Problem here is Philly is among the best defenses against opposing TEs in fantasy this season.
Cowboys @ Raiders (MNF)
Start – Pickens & Lamb – Both CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens are in a great spot for MNF. Raider’s defense is nowhere near equipped to stop 2 stud WRs even in Vegas on MNF. Lamb has 74+ yards in every game this season and Pickens has over 68 yards receiving in all but 2 games.
Sit – Both D/ST – Somewhat of an excuse here but neither defense should be starting in fantasy this week. Dallas has a great offense, but a bad defense and the Raiders are bad at both sides of the ball.
