Chalk Board | DFS Ownership Pivots & Tipsy Picks

Moving off the chalk has always been a guide to success in DFS. Let’s explore what the simulation and projected ownership say about where we can pivot from the public and gain an edge on the field.

Quarterbacks
Josh Allen is double the next closest owned quarterback in terms of ownership. This is always good chalk, and I play him solo or with Kincaid in most cases. The next group is Geno, Stafford, Maye, Williams, and Stafford. I am in on Geno and Maye, and really, Caleb is fine as well. I do want to pivot to a few plays. Don’t sleep on Purdy as they love to throw in the red zone, and until Daniel Jones proves otherwise, he continues to be grossly underpriced.

Top End Pivots:
Hurts
Baker

Mid Range Targets:
Jones
Maye
Caleb

Tipsy Pick:
Dart
Mariota

Running Backs
Sims loves the high-end RBs this week, and it is tougher to find pivots. CMC always leads the pack when healthy, and the field is all over James Cook. Hampton will be very popular for good reason in a full 3-down opportunity. Skattebo is coming in fairly high, but I am still not sold on this game. Bijan, Gibbs, and Taylor are also popular plays, and I can’t find fault in their numbers.

Top End Pivots:
Barkley
Bucky
Henry

Mid Range Targets:
Kamara
Jeanty
Chubba

Bargain Shots:
Swift
Pollard

Tipsy Pick:
Henderson

Wide Receivers
Puka is approaching CMC level of ownership and similar leverage that tells you even if he is going to be 20-30% owned, that you go over the field to get leverage. Sims love Adams, London, St. Brown, Meyers, Tucker. I want high leverage pivots for wide outs and I am moving off ownership of top level guy to stars that can blow up any slate. Nabers, Collins, Deebo, Allen Olave. Don’t go unknown when guys we all have loved in the past are in underowned match-ups.

Top End Pivots:
Nabers
Collins
McConkey

Mid Range Targets:
Deebo
Olave
Allen
Odunze

Value Plays:
Jeudy
Hollywood
Kirk
Mooney

Tipsy:
Thornton
Ayomanor

Tight Ends
There really isn’t anyone over-owned. In years past, I have always more or less punted TE, but this slate seems unnecessary to do so this week. Go get guys that are getting points. Bowers, Henry, Kincaid, Warren are all at the top of ownership and though they are fine, we can find easy pivots.

Top End Pivots:
Kelce
LaPorta

Mid Range Targets:
Juwan Johnson
Ertz
Goedert

Values:
Strange
Chig
Pitts
Kmet

Tipsy:
Tremble
