DFS Punt Plays

Deep dives on extremely low ownership plays and punt values you might consider to be able to pay up for that extra stud. As always, play with caution and use no more than one of these under most circumstances.

Quarterbacks
DK – Drake Maye is the answer this week. Malik WIllis is our with Love looking to play and Bo Nix is too mainstream value now. Even before the concussion in his last game, he put up 10 points. He is good for 20 points this week, I’m telling you!

FD – I feel like we have ridden the Danny Dimes train a bunch. It’s a good game environment and it’s worth a shot but hear me out for Fanduel… Minshew/Bowers/Meyers or Turner…. that is so cheap. Let’s GOOOOOO!

Running Backs
DK & FD – Right now ownership is mega low, and maybe for good reason, but Pollard had been banged up, Spears won’t play, the Patriots can’t stop the run and Julius Chestnut is bottomed out price on both platforms. People may catch on before lock but I am taking a few chances here.

Wide Receivers
DK & FD – The more I watch simulations and look for things that stick out the more it makes me want to stack a NE/TEN game… that’s just so tipsy it might work! Nick Westbrook-Ikhine checks all the boxes to be a tipsy pick.

Tight End
DK – Hunter Henry going nearly unowned at $3900 to go with my Tipsy QB? Light it up! (Hopefully the scoreboard, not your money…)

FD – Henry in play here as well but Jonnu Smith drops way down in ownership from DK and is $100 cheaper than Henry.

'Optimism' Jauan Jennings Plays Week 2
49ers WR Jauan Jennings (shoulder) is considered a game-time decision for today's meeting with the Saints, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "There is optimism he goes. But he ll workout pregame to see," Rapoport adds. We'll get San Francisco's inactives around 11:30 am ET. But, between the shoulder injury and QB Brock Purdy's absence, Jennings would be a high-risk fantasy play if he ends up active.
