NFL DFS: Sunday Night Football Showdown Week 14

SNF DFS Showdown
Eagles at Cowboys (-3)
O/U 51.5

We have a great game tonight with the Eagles traveling to Dallas. This game is for the division lead and a chance for Dallas to prove they belong in the playoff conversation. 9 of the last 10 games were won by the home team, and Dallas is favored by 3.

Dallas has become a passing offense, and that bodes well tonight with the Eagles at the bottom of the league in passing defense. The problem will be where do we find value, so we can pay up to get the top receivers.

For Dallas, I don’t see any scenario where you want to fade CeeDee Lamb or Jake Ferguson. Ferguson had seven receptions for 91 yards and a touchdown back in Week 9 when these teams met in Philadelphia.

Jalen Hurts is a must play for the Eagles, but it will be difficult too also roster AJ Brown. He will be the focus of the Dallas defense, so Smith coud be a good pivot. The Philadelphia running game has not done much lately, so I am inclined to fade Swift tonight.

Dallas Goedert is back and proceed at a good value.  Here is an interesting stat line I found:

Jalen Hurts completion percentage in the three games before Dallas Goedert’s injury:
74.19%
76.32%
73.91%

Jalen Hurts completion percentage in three games without Goedert:
63.64%
58.06%
57.78%
