Tonight we have the lowest game total seen since the early 90’s. It is a combination of terrible offenses, good defenses, and a lot of injuries.
On showdowns like this, where scoring is a premium and kickers could do all the scoring, I like to find pass catchers for the Captain spot. I want all the PPR I can get, and if I get 50 yards or a TD it gravy.
I am also leaning my builds to be 4-2 or 5-1 Pittsburgh. The New England offense is just atrocious, no matter who the QB is, but Zappe is especially bad. For Pittsburgh, Trubisky can use his legs to pick up a few yards and has a good rapport with Dionte Johnson, who has been solid in targets and catches this year.
With that said, the majority of players will be playing Steeler stacks, so going the other way, with a little luck, could net a big win. I prefer to go wth Steeler stacks and mixing up a player or two across multiple lineups to be different.
