We have a large 13-game slate for tonight, so let’s jump right into it.

Top Teams to Target

Vegas Golden Knights (Implied Goals 3.85) – Vegas had their 9-game win streak snapped by the Sharks Tuesday night.  Tonight they will take their revenge on a lowly Arizona team who is surrendering almost 4 goals a game.

Boston Bruins (Implied Goals 3.6) – The Bruins have the best record in hockey, are 1st in goals per game, and 12th in Corsi and Fenwick.  They face a struggling Flyer team who is surrendering just over 3 goals a game, with G Carter Hart struggling since returning from being sick.

Winnipeg Jets (Implied Goals 3.51) – If you have been reading these articles then you may have seen a pattern.  Play every team against Anaheim, Arizona, and Chicago.

New Jersey Devils (Implied Goals 2.91) – The Devils have extended their winning streak to 10 games and they average over 4 goals a game on the road. I’m riding NJ until they come back down to earth.

Commanders signed RB Chase Edmonds, formerly of the Buccnaeers.
Edmonds last played a regular-season snap in 2023 with the Buccaneers. The 29-year-old running back suffered a season-ending knee injury last year toward the end of camp and did not draw much, if any, interest this offseason. This move is somewhat predictable, as Edmonds is a "system-knower" who spent three seasons (2019-2021) playing under offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury during their days in Arizona. It seems unlikely that Edmonds would make an immediate impact, but if he looks good in practice, he could eventually be elevated to the roster to serve in a third-down role. As far as fantasy is concerned, there's no reason to stash Edmonds at this time.
