NHL DFS: 10/29/22
It was a good night yesterday and I hope you found success too. Tonight we are back to a 9-game slate. We are going to continue our current model, with emphasis on implied goals and adding in total goals, since many of these teams are evenly matched.

Top Teams to Target
Buffalo Sabres (Implied Goals 3.72) – The Sabres are back home and welcome the surprising Chicago Blackhawks. Chicago is giving up 3.4 goals per game but has managed to outscore many opponents. Buffalo is in the top half of the league in Shots on Goal and 3rd in the league in scoring percentage. Meaning when they shoot they score.
Calgary Flames (Implied Goals 3.73) – I love when a late game looks so promising on a large slate like tonight. It’s fun to pass players who loaded up on early games and snipe a top prize. Edmonton is on the second half of a back-to-back and the battle of Alberta is always a score fest. Calgary is great at home and should pull this out.
Minnesota Wild (Implied Goals 3.71) – The Wild are all about offense, scoring at a 3.7 goals per game clip. They come to Detroit to find a heavily injured Red Wing team looking to bounce back after a pair of poor performances.
Detroit Red Wings (Implied Goals 2.93) – This is a case where implied goals don’t tell the real story. Minnesota is giving up 5 goals a game! This game opened with an O/U of 7 goals and it should be high scoring. It is a good game stack target.
