Bengals HC Zac Taylor believes that Tee Higgins (hamstring) is moving in a positive direction for Week 3 against the Commanders on Monday. Taylor noted that Higgins will get an extra day, and believes that will help the 25-year-old wideout. Higgins has missed the first two games of the year with his hamstring issue, but he was able to workout prior to Sunday's game and even ran some routes prior to the contest. Higgins should be considered questionable for now, and his availability will largely be determined by how much work he's able to get in prior to the Monday Night Football showdown with Washington. Jaguars HC Doug Pederson told reporters that Evan Engram will be "week-to-week" with his hamstring issue. Engram was scratched with a hamstring strain for Week 2, but Pederson was "optimistic" that the tight end could be back on the field for Week 3 against the Bills. Brenton Strange played well with 65 yards in the Week 2 loss to the Browns, and if Engram can't go, makes sense as a fill-in for that contest. (Sep 16 -- NBC Sports)
