NFL DFS: Sunday Night Football Showdown Week 18

Spread: Green Bay -5
O/U: 49.5

Welcome to the final Showdown of the regular season. We will post showdowns during the playoffs where it makes sense so stay tuned. For tonight, Green Bay must win to make the playoffs. Detroit must win and hope Seattle loses. I expect this game to be hard-fought and high scoring regardless of the Seattle game.

Captain/MVP Picks

Jamall Williams

This is a high-risk high reward play. Williams is the NFL TD leader, is playing against his old team, and he gets all the goal llne carries. On DK this saves a lot of salary and let’s you roster higher priced players.

On Fanduel use Aaron Rodgers in the MVP slot.

FLEX Picks

Aaron Rodgers

Rodgers has not been great this year, but the Lins are pretty pathetic for passing defense. Detroit has been good against the run so i expect Green Bay to pass more than usual.

Amon-Ra St. Brown

The Lions best chance to win this game is a good passing attack for Goff and St. Brown is his favorite target. He is super consistent, with a stable floor. He is the no brainer Lions play.

Christian Watson

Everyone in Green bay loves Watson and he should be heavily targeted. He will be highly owned, and you can pivot to Lazard, but I love the upside in an already contrarian lineup.

Value Picks

Romeo Doubs

Green Bay has been working Doubs back into the offense with little success. What’s the cure? The Lions bottom ranked pass defense and a prime-time game on the frozen tundra. Detroit has 2 passable corners but they have no one who can cover Doubs when Green Bay moves him around the field.

Brock Wright

Goff loves his tight ends and Wright runs the most routes. At only $3000 on DK, he provides much-needed salary relief.

The Discord has been taking off and we have been having success with these showdowns after discussing options.  Join us there and let’s make some money.

Darnell Wright is set to spend his third straight season as the Bears’ starting right tackle.
