Trade Hub – Week 11

Happy Monday fantasy followers. Welcome back to my weekly trade HUB article. Hopefully your weekend went well, and tonight is just the icing on the cake of your victory. If not, we get ready for week 11 and trudge on. Mike here ready as always to help you with trade suggestions that can help your chances of winning your fantasy league. Follow me on Twitter (@FantasyHubbard) for all things fantasy football.

Its MNF tonight with a matchup between the 3-5 visiting Denver Broncos and the 5-4 home team Buffalo Bills. The Bills have lost 3 of their last 5 games while the Broncos are looking for a 3rd consecutive victory. Bills are favored by 7 points and the over/under is currently set at 47.5. Will Courtland Sutton score his 7th TD? Can Diggs reach his 8th? Can Josh Allen not throw to the wrong team? A lot of questions to be answered in primetime tonight. My prediction for this game is a 23-19 win for Bills. Next week the matchup on MNF is a Superbowl rematch between the 1 loss Philadelphia Eagles and the 2 loss Kansas City Chiefs.

It is week 11 so make sure you’re aware if or when your league has a trade deadline. Try to sell and/or buy players with strategy and the use of your persuasion and negotiation skills. Here are some players to buy and sell before week 11 begins. Like I always say, one trade could be the difference in winning or losing your fantasy football league.

PLAYERS TO BUY

Derrick Henry – Tennessee Titans

Henry is on my buy low list this week. The King himself had a bad day tying his season low with just 11 carries. He could only muster 24 rushing yards and actually went in the wrong direction receiving 1 pass for -4 yards. Henry won’t be dirt cheap, but I like his upcoming schedule and as long as he stays healthy, he should be able to produce. Use his age, his lack of production this past week, and the fact that his backup Tyjae Spears isn’t playing bad at all to scoop him up with a solid low offer.

Tony Pollard – Dallas Cowboys

If you were to tell me that Tony Pollard wouldn’t score in this game, I would have been shocked. Not only is it against their rival the Giants who are struggling immensely, but the Cowboys were home and put up 49 points. Pollard was not a recipient of a score, and he rushed for 55 yards yesterday which is the most yards he has rushed since week 3. Pollard should be in line for a great remainder of the season. Pollard takes on Carolina next which is a solid matchup for opposing RBs. Bye him low and quickly.

Marquise Brown – Arizona Cardinals

Mr. Hollywood Brown caught just 1 of his 4 targets yesterday in the much anticipated first game back for Kyler Murray. Brown may have had 3 players ahead of him in targets last game, but Brown extended his body and almost caught an awesome TD for Arizona. I like the Brown and Murray combination moving forward even with McBride eating targets. He somehow had his worst game of the season yesterday even though his QB1 returned from injury, but still got a W. Buy Brown as low as you can after his bad performance before he gets heating up.

PLAYERS TO SELL

Dak Prescott – Dallas Cowboys

Dak had himself a day yesterday absolutely torching the New York Giants. Dak ran in his 2nd rushing TD of the year and accounted for 4 passing TDs as well. Since the Cowboys BYE in week 7, Dak has been on a tear throwing 11 of his 12 total TDs and throwing only 2 INTs. Daks numbers have been great, especially from a fantasy football aspect. So why sell him high as possible? Is Dak your only QB? Use him as bait to a team in need of a QB worth starting. Dak could continue this pace given Dallas’ remaining schedule. Dak is sitting at 6th in fantasy points for QBs at this point in the season. Him and CeeDee have been hard to stop, but I can’t imagine Tony Pollard continuing to struggle like he has since week 3. Go with your gut here.

D’Onta Foreman – Chicago Bears

Foreman has been a workhorse for the Bears since injuries have taken Chicago for a loop. D’Onta has 15+ carries in 4 of his last 5 games and has 4 total TDs in those games combined. Foreman’s remaining schedule is not ideal for RBs to face. They have to face top 10 defenses in defending RBs in 5 of his 6 remaining games. Only Arizona is a game with a good matchup for him. Not only the schedule but Khalil Herbert is supposed to be able to play this upcoming week against Detroit.

Tyler Boyd – Cincinnati Bengals

Boyd set season highs yesterday for himself in targets, receptions, and receiving yards. He finished with 12 targets, caught 8 of them and accrued up 117 yards. Not to mention Boyd dropped an easy sure TD in the 4th quarter that would have changed things immensely in the game and in his fantasy stock. Tee Higgins didn’t play which had to boost Boyd’s volume which is now evident, but Higgins isn’t expected to miss more time and Ja’Marr Chase is a stud. Sell Boyd high while you can with the uncertainty of his volume moving forward.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said CB Joey Porter Jr. (hamstring) is "questionable at best" for Week 3.
Porter missed last week's loss to the Seahawks while recovering from a hamstring injury and could sit out this week against the Patriots. The Steelers' secondary has struggled to start the season, allowing the NFL's sixth highest adjusted yards per attempt and the seventh highest accuracy rate. Porter's absence could be a boon for Drake Maye in Week 3.
