NHL DFS: 12/27/22

Welcome back! I hope everyone had a great holiday. We come back from the Christmas break with 11 games (the Buffalo – Columbus game has been postponed). We have 2 obvious smash spots with Boston and Carolina. I will be fading Colorado since they are just not scoring a lot, even though they are heavy favorites.

Top Teams to Target

Boston Bruins – There is not much to say about Boston as they lead the NHL in just about every statistical category. Tonight they travel to Ottawa to face a Senators team who has been very inconsistent throughout the first part of the season.

Carolina Hurricanes – The Canes have the best matchup of the night when the lowly Blackhawks come to town. Carolina is third in the league with Shots on Goal and should dominate the Hawks at home.

Toronto Maple Leafs – The Leafs were one of the hottest teams before the Christmas break and should be able to continue their scoring ways against the St Louis Blues.  The Blues are also capable of scoring a lot of goals, making this the highest total on tonight’s slate.

Also Consider: Vancouver Canucks, Dallas Stars
