NHL DFS: 12/19/22

We have a nice sized 8 game slate tonight, which kicks off a very busy week of hockey ahead of the holiday break. We have been red hot lately, so lets keep up the good work and take down some tournaments.

Top Teams to Target

Dallas Stars – The Stars are the lucky recipient of the Columbus Blue Jackets who is giving up the most goals per game in the league. Dallas has the 4th highest goals per goal, making this a perfect smash spot for their top line.

Vegas Golden Knights – VGK has the second highest implied score on the night (3.74) and are playing at home against Buffalo who surrenders a ton of shots and goals. This is actually a good game stack with Tage Thompson being the hottest player in the league for the Sabres.

Boston Bruins – Boston is the best team in the NHL and are unbeatable at home, setting an NHL record of 14 wins to start the season before a shootout loss to Vegas late last week. Their top 6 players all contribute, so while big names are expensive you can find some value.

Washington Capitals – The Capitals have quietly started scoring a lot of goals on their quest to get Ovi the scoring record. The Red Wings have been hit by injuries and are playing poor defense at the moment.
