The Chalk Board | DFS Ownership Pivots
Moving off the chalk has always been a guide to success in DFS. Let’s explore what the simulation and projected ownership say about where we can pivot from the public and gain an edge on the field.

Quarterbacks:
All 4 QBs present a good play in their own way. Lamar can dominate but often we see Henry outshine in good matchups and this is one he could. Allen has been a one-man wrecking crew this year but this Ravens D is primed to show up big. Hurts certainly has the weapons and the tush push can vulture multiple scores but I just don’t see if I play 150 lineups how Barkley isn’t in all of them. Stafford is the least likely to score big but the most likely to have to throw, and a lot, and to maybe the best WR left in the postseason in Puka. I don’t think I can straight fade any of them, and will most likely let Lamar continue to show how he’s going to make it a difficult MVP contest.
Favorite: Lamar
Ownership Pivot: Stafford
Running Backs:
Just Load up Barkley and Henry and if you need salary relief I can only endorse Justice Hill. If you think LAR has any shot at all it will come from dump-offs to Kyren and bombs to Puka. Stacking Stafford/Kyren/Puka will certainly pull you off of some duplications.
Locks: Barkley, Henry
Pivot: KyrenValue: Hill
Fade: Cook, all the rest of the value
Wide Receivers:
Shakir and Puka will be Mega Chalk. You can fade Shakir with ease in my mind for Bateman who will also be top-owned but by half as much. Smith and AJ Brown round out the top 5 with Bateman. Puka is a slam dunk and like Barkley will be in all 150 for me. Bateman is the same as Shakir for me so all aboard that pivot. Because I refuse to save money at RB, I pretty much can’t play AJ Brown personally because I have Smith and him almost tied in projections, if I am going with a PHI pass catcher I will have to save the money to Smith but I love the Pivot if you can fit him, because like Kupp he is just too talented to completely fade at low ownership. If you need value, Samuel and Amari Cooper share similar projections, ownership, and leverage so take the cheaper Samuel and pivot to Mack Hollins if you want to be that much different. Ty Wallace might go a touch overused for his actual upside but you can’t argue with a guy that should get at least a target at a bare minimum price.
Lock: Puka
Pivot: Bateman, Brown
Value Kupp, Samuel, Cooper
Tipsy: Wallace, Hollins
Ownership Fade: Shakir
Tight Ends:
Andrews and Likely lead the ownership charge and with good reason. I am trying to get one in there and locking one in if I play Lamar. Andrews is the guy today, damn the chalk. If not a raven, Higbee to save money, Goedert as the second safest and lower owned of top plays, and Kincaid if you play Allen… maybe. I won’t get cute here.
Lock: Andrews
Pivot: Goedert
Value: Higbee
Avoid: Cheap punt plays
Defense:
Ravens all day for me
