Happy Monday and welcome back to my weekly Trade Hub article. Mike here ready as always to help you with trade suggestions that can help your chances of winning your fantasy league.
Tonight, we get a MNF game between the 3-8 Cleveland Browns and the 7-5 Denver Broncos. The Broncos are favored by 6 points at home with a total over/under of 42.5. The Browns have showed up in some games this year so will this be another one? My prediction is a win for Denver by a score of 23-16. Sutton should be able to continue his tear with Bo.
Always make sure you’re aware if or when your league has a trade deadline. Try to sell and/or buy players with strategy and the use of your persuasion and negotiation skills. Here are some players to buy and sell before week 14 begins. Like I always say, one trade could be the difference in winning or losing your fantasy football league.
PLAYERS TO BUY
David Njoku – Cleveland Browns
Njoku has come along and has been a great contributor in the latter half of the season thus far. Since week 7, Njoku has had 2 games with TDs and another game with 81 receiving yards. It is a great time to try to buy him after a 1 catch 9-yard performance in week 12. But let’s look more into that. Njoku had 5 targets in that game, he dropped an easy TD pass, and he was playing the Steelers in the snow. Couldn’t ask for a better time to buy low.
Isaiah Pacheco – Kansas City Chiefs
Pacheco returned to action in week 13 and had a mediocre game. He is just coming off a stent on the IR so it’s natural to have him start back slow. He managed 44 rushing yards on 7 carries and also caught his lone target for 5 receiving yards. The upcoming schedule isn’t ideal for a RB but use that in your pitch when trying to buy him lower than average. I expect a heavy dose of Isaiah moving forward.
PLAYERS TO SELL
Nick Chubb – Cleveland Browns
Chubb scored 2 TDs in week 12 so he must be back to his old reliable self, right? Well, 2 TDs is a great sign however he only had 1 prior in his 4 games back in action. If you look at his yardage and carries it is not a pretty sight. He is averaging just 3 yards per carry. That is less than ideal knowing he has double digit carries in every game. Sell this man while he is ‘hot’ with 2 TDs and then has to face the Broncos, Steelers, and Chiefs next 3.
Zach Ertz – Washington Commanders
Ertz has been playing great scoring a TD in 3 consecutive games. Other than those 3 games Ertz has just 1 TD all season. So, it is a great time to sell him high while on a roll, and knowing he is approaching his BYE week. Try to unload him now knowing he is TD dependent in the final few games of the fantasy football season.
